The coach and employee will typically start by agreeing realistic outcomes for the first 90 days. The employee will want to perform at their best by understanding and applying their strengths and navigating any pitfalls. These outcomes will be confidential and particular to the employee and coach, and will both identify and capitalize on strengths and acknowledge and mitigate perceived weaknesses.
